Shipping policy
**Shipping Policy — The Bully Bond Corp**
All of our products are made to order and ship directly from our U.S. production partners. This allows us to keep products affordable and to ensure high-quality printing on every order.
**Processing Time**
Orders are processed and sent to production within 2–4 business days. Once a product is in production, we are unable to make changes to sizing, colors, or design choices.
**Shipping Time**
United States Orders: 5–12 business days once shipped
(Shipping times may vary slightly during holidays or high-volume periods.)
Please note that business days do not include weekends or federal holidays.
**Tracking Information**
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to begin updating.
**Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses**
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not able to reship or refund orders that were shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, a reship fee may apply.
**Lost or Stolen Packages**
If tracking shows a package as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact your local post office or USPS first. We are not able to refund or replace orders marked as delivered. However, we will always try to assist where possible — email us and we will help guide the next steps.
**Damaged or Defective Items**
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will replace it at no cost. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue and your order number.
