4) We create a custom digital pencil-sketch style portrait and add the name to the banner
5) Your mug is printed and shipped
Order Schedule
We complete up to five (5) personalized mugs per design per day, Monday to Thursday.
Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday are processed on Monday.
This allows us to give each personalized mug the attention, accuracy, and craftsmanship it deserves.
Photo Guidance
• Natural daylight works best
• A clear, close, well-lit photo will provide the strongest result
• Head-and-shoulders photos work best for mugs
• Photos where your dog’s mouth is slightly open tend to create a more expressive, friendly portrait
• A slight angle (not straight-on) produces a more natural, illustrated look
If your photo isn’t suitable, we’ll contact you before creating your artwork.
The final artwork is based on the photo you provide.
